How can i get my Birth Certificate sent to my FPO address in Italy quickly?

I just got stationed in Sigonella, Sicily and my birth certificate accidentally got packed with my shipment. I need my birth certificate in order to get my Codice Fiscale which is needed to live out in town. and in order to access my shipment when it gets here, i have to have a place to put it, see my predicament? I tried Vitalchek.com and it will only send regular mail to an FPO address which is stupid because that would take approximately 45 days coming all the way from Oregon. So i need to get it mailed either priority or express. how can i get that done?
