What is the best way to stop the US government from interfering with other countries affairs?

Additional information: the US government, accused for crimes and deaths happening in Bahrain (by supporting Saudi Arabia that is sending its soldiers to Bahrain to do such terrible things with innocent Bahraini people), interfering with other countries affairs like Libya,..., and before in Afghanistan and Iraq, and terrible crimes happening in prisons like Abu Ghraib and Guantanamu; plus many other wrong policies toward the world's countries.
