As for a salad dressing, I make my own.... olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, stevia ( non calorie non chemical sweetener), garlic powder, celery seed... what ever herbs/spices you prefer. I also make my own version of ranch dressing... I do not like the fact that MSG is added to most ranch dressing. I use 1/2 cup mayo, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 small carton of buttermilk..... mix together. Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice, and add garlic powder, dill, chives, onion powder, salt, pepper... I like mine with a bit more garlic, but add these to taste. It has no carbs, and is better ( in my opinion) than store bought.

Eat 5 times a day, at the same times every day (this means eat healthy snacks so you can build muscles while speeding up your metabolism so you have lots of energy and can lift more. If you don't want to look "touristy" make sure your camera is not slung around your neck. All Italian women dress beautifully and I don't think any of us could match them. If you have a limited budget work with what you already have, buy things that will co-ordinate with your best pieces, and make sure that they "look" expensive. To avoid pickpockets don't put anything in them, have all your stuff in a bag which will fit cross-ways across your body............as for the "gropers" just learn an Italian swear word, hahahah. Hes being unfair to a point. Theres nothing wrong with wanting to better yourself with a diet. BUT!!!.. if the diet your doing is starving yourself then it is completely wrong. From what i see though you have a good diet plan. Where I'd side with him is that I like every other guy, have a sense of accomplishment and pride when we do something thats out of the ordinary to win your aproval (IE the bread). Its a primal thing. The "who should cook what" argument can be settled simply by this, by maybe making a main meal and a little bit larger salad. If you make a main meal and salad he can have his meal while still trying some salad, which you can eat as a main course.

Weight loss wise, was this a good meal plan for today?

Yes it is very healthy but it doesn't seem like enough calories. When losing weight I suggest eating at least five/four small meals a day. You should have had lunch. If your body doesn't get a sufficient amount of calories then you go in starvation mode and end up storing fat. I'm a vegetarian also and I get my protein from soy milk, veggie meat and iron from nuts (legumes) But overall your plan is good and very healthy.

Bearded dragon not eating?

My bearded dragon is 4 years old, and refuse to eat. He is losing weight. I feed him a mixture of grated carrots, pumpkin and a herb salad mix. He gets 2 crickets a day, which is all he eats. I also have a small bowl of dry food available at all times. He gets fresh food and water every day, but don't even wants to taste it. I already had him de wormed 3 times. The vet can not find anything wrong. he gets at least a hour of morning sun if the weather plays along. His cage is heated and on a thermostat. The warm spot is 32 degrees celsius and the cooler spot 25. He also gets uv drops once a week. Im in South Africa and it is the winter season at the moment. Apples are filled with fiber and if you eat enough in a day they can help clean you out and loose weight they also help with your complexion (sp?). I'm not sure about apricots or carrots, but carrots aren't actually that healthy. Watermelons fill you up fast and mostly consist of water so they help you to eat less. Salads also fill you up fast except and are naturally healthy for you except for iceburg lettuce. There is no nutritional value whatsoever in iceburg lettuce. Hope this helped!

I have every reason to believe that there is a woman looking for me. The only way to explain the severity to you is to tell you the scenario. I am 31 yrs old, a single mother with a 3 1/2 yr old son. If she finds out where I live I KNOW she will do "her best" on me. I'm on weight watchers and going to cedar point this weekend with my friend and for breakfast lunch and dinner we are eating at a restaurant and eating at the park. Is Italian worth learning or should i look into something else?

I'd like to clarify something.... Being Sicilian IS being Italian so it doesn't make sense to say that you are Italian and Sicilian. Also, proper Italian is spoken throughout Italy not just in Rome. I think you misunderstand.... The Italian language is just that....... ITALIAN... Now dialects is another thing. Sure the closer you are to Rome, the more Italian they speak and as you go more north or more south you will find people speaking different dialects but if you ask anyone in Italy whether north or south to speak proper Italian, it will all sound the same. I hope I've clarified this point for you. As for your question about learning another language....I think you should learn whatever language you think you'll use in your future. Italian is a great language to learn but if you don't have anyone to speak it to or aren't using it for a job, you'll soon forget it and your studying will have gone to waste. Since you live in the US I would say start with Spanish cuz it's your second language and then you can learn Italian. It will be much easier to learn Italian after you learn Spanish because they are very similar. I speak fluent Italian (both my parents and husband were born in Italy). Good luck to you.

ABU Garcia Silver Max ........help?

I bought an ABU Garcia Silver Max maybe 2 months ago. I was fishing with it today and it locked up on my. It would not let me reel at all, the crank was stuck in place, and even the spool thumb lever was completely locked yo. So I cranked it as hard as I could an it came free. I felt something break how ever. It worked for a bit then all to it broke. The reel would not reel in, the gears in side were not catching. So I decided to open it up completely. I found the piece that was broken, but in the process, washers and springs and all these little parts were everywhere after opening it up. Now I cannot put it back together, I can't figure out where all these parts came from, and want to take it back to the store I bought it from to exchange it. So my question is.......Is there and Schematics or "blue prints" on how to put it back together or take it apart(which I can reverse). I think sandwiches would be good. I usually do 2 different kinds. I make a tuna fish sandwich and then I will make Ham and cheese sandwiches with some chips and dip. Once you are in Abu Dhabi, you will have to visit the schools personally with your daughter's ex-school report cards for the last 2 years and fill up the application form. Your daughter may either have a written test or an interview or both. In any case, it is not difficult to get admission for a 3rd std child...so don't worry about it...you could start the process either in June or when schools reopen in August end/ September.

maybe for a snack only have one slice of bread or half a slice because too many carbs will make you gain weight. try not to have similar meal in the same day, you will get too much of the nutrients that's in that meal which isn't a good thing. fruits that are white on the inside(apples, bananas, peaches...) have more calories, so other fruits like oranges or plums would be a better choice if you eat it that often. try having a salad with seasoned-rice vinegar instead of dressing would be good to pair with a meal since it fills you up and is very low in calories, fat, sugar, ect. hope this helps!

Your on the right path but for one thing...starch. Having a salad with your dinner is great. But you also need your fruit and other darker veggies, and nuts. Having starch and every mean....bread, pasta, rice...it's actually stammering your chances. I would suggest not so much starchy foods and when you do make it whole grain. In between your meals try a yogurt or a handful of nuts. Also when you think you might be hungry drink a huge glass a water. It makes your body think you are full. Eat slow as well. It takes 20 min for the mind to register you have eaten and are full. Never go back for seconds until you have waited that long. Your stomach is as big as your two fists put together, rule of thumb for the amount.

Have you ever felt like you don't belong in the 21st century? Please help!?

Definenetly a lot of people feel this way. I myself do. I wish I could live back in ancient Greece or in Jesus's time. It would be so neat learn about the customs of that century. Too bad I am in this century. :)
