Any Suggestions for two 18 year old boys on where to go to in Sicily/Italy?

Preferably Sicily or Southern Italy but not ruling out the rest.We want a place with a good vibrant nightlife like clubs,people around our age,italian girls :), & cheap accomodation like hostels or cheap hotels. Also to have stuff to do in the daytime as well. Suggestions/Advice please!
