I need suggestions frm experienced persons?

Hi,i need sum suggestions,my hubby has got a job in Abu-Dhabi,salary is 6000 basic salary+2000 accomadation per month= total 8000 drms per month,he has got a job in sheikh private company in Abu-Dhabi,can he get family residence visa for me(wife)? if yes how many months will it take for him to call me to Abu-Dhabi?i cant stay for long time without him coz im too much attached to him,i love him a lot,im too sensitive in nature,i want to knw guarantee 100% can he get family resident visa in this package?plz advice me,i need advice frm experienced persons staying in Abu-Dhabi with their family,i hope u all understand my feelings and reply me fast,
