Where to visit for anniversary in Italy/Greece?!?! NEED HELP!!?

Hi Everyone! I need so much help. My husband and I are planning a trip to Italy/Greece area. My family is Italian so it is my main priority to visit Italy, but I also love the idea of Santorini. I am a hopeless romantic and I really want that typical eating, drinking, and exploring trip in Italy. I have these amazing thoughts of scenic italy and Greece so I want it to be perfect! We have 10 days including travel and we like the weather to be about 80 degrees F. Right now, we were thinking about starting in Rome for 3 days, going down to Tuscany (chianti region) for 2 days, 1 day in Sicily, and 2 days in Malta, but a part of my knows that it could be forever before I get to go back to Europe, so I really want to try to get to Greece. We have never been there and so we are completely lost. Any suggestions?!?!
