Which professional football teams come from islands?

This is just something I was trying to figure out today whilst coming up with new multiplayer tournament ideas for me and my mates on Fifa 11. I know there is U.D Las Palmas from Gran Canaria, CD Tenerife, RCD Mallorca from Majorca, Palermo from Sicily and AC Ajaccio from Corsica. Anyone know any others from Europe or the world.
