Im going on vacation for 3 weeks anywhere in the world no limitations?

I have researched Brazil Thailand Australia Sicily, im looking for a good nightlife, beautiful women, I have 3 weeks to travel. 2 will be spent in country. I want to be out of my element, Any ideas. If I could email anyone that would be great.
