I want to join the Mafia?

Backround info: I live in Virginia, my Mom is full Italian, but not my dad. I have a really bad temper and I love Italian food and cooking. I dont like to be messed with or someone gets hurt. I am planning on moving to New York when I'm older, but I need to know what area to move to so I can join the Mafia easier. I'm not influenced by The Godfather or video games or anything, and I really respect these guys. So, how do I join, and what area of New York or Sicily should I move to? I was thinking of Corleone, Sicily buy I don't know. Tell me. Serious buisness only.
