What is a good baitcasting reel for 50$ or under?

What's a good baitcasting reel i can get at walmart for 50$ or under i saw pinaccles thoes look alright and got good ratings, what about the abu garcia black max series? idk if my walmart has them. also what is a good rod to put a bait caster on just a cheap 10 15$ rod? thanks for your time!
