Italy bars drinking smoking etc?

You can buy alcohol and cigarettes without problems, since the laws that rule the conusuption of tobacco and alcohol are widely ignored, you will not even be asked your ID! You could encounter problems only in large chains of supermarkets (like Coop and Auchan) that don't sell alcohol to people under 18. Entering pubs, bars and clubs is not a problem at all, but in a few clubs there are dress codes to observe. Have a nice stay!
