im going to be a model and as a male model i have to be in my best shape! i need to loose atleast 40 pounds! idk how im going to do this but im currently eating nothing but salads, and cucumber, and carrots! i power walk 3.5 miles a day (about one hour) and i do extersises like jumping jacks for 12 minutes without stopping every hour! I NEED HELP!
