How much time required to remove ban on the employment visas for pakistani in abu dhabi?

recently i got offer letter from my employer and now the concerning PRO told me that there is some problem facing by the pakistanis and the abu dhabi embassy not issue visa. any one know how much time required to remove ban on the empoyment visa.
